Established in 1942 as the Tokushima Bus Integration, it celebrates its 82nd year this year.

It operates at seven branches: Tokushima, Bandai, Kitajima, Naruto, Kamojima, Tachibana, and Komatsushima.

The vehicle being commercialized is the Mitsubishi Fuso AERO STAR Non-Step, the first of the 2024 fiscal year new route bus introductions, and has been operating on the Naruto Line and Naruto Park Line from October 17, 2024.
