Aoshima’s 1/700-scale “Waterline” series model kit of the Japanese Navy battleship Fuso, with its unique large bridge, has been renewed with more precision!

Features

• The parts structure is simple and easy to assemble for accurate reproduction of the Fuso’s late Pacific War appearance, when a significant amount of anti-aircraft weapons were added
• Newly designed equipment has been added, including countless anti-aircraft guns, high-angle guns, and aircraft catapults.
• Some of the parts are slide-molded for density and precision
• In addition to armaments such as destroyer main guns and machine guns, carrier-based aircraft and various equipment have been updated.
• The outfitting parts (Type 89 12.7cm twin high-angle gun, Type 96 25mm twin machine gun, Type 96 triple machine gun, 110cm signal searchlight, 60cm signal searchlight, No. 22 electric probe, No. 13 electric probe, large anchor, medium anchor, large chrysanthemum emblem, Kure type 2 and type 5 injection machine (aircraft catapult), 9m cutter, 12m fire launch, and 11m fire boat) have been renewed with new molds.
